[Syrphidae] Pterallastes sp.

Naturally, I would like to see the specimen, but ...

My quess is that you have Palumbia, not Pterallastes.

Nu schets je mijn verbazing wederom :-)
Ik kan je niet verder helpen over dit genus helaas, maar ik wilde
alleen maar even aan je kwijt dat ik van je begrepen had dat je volgend
jaar naar Griekenland zou gaan? 
Had ik je namelijk mee willen vragen. En, stom toevallig, wil ik ook
naar het noordwesten (Epirus oid)... Grappig!
Leek me wel iets, jij met jouw vriendin en ik met mijn vriendin dat
onontgonnen gebied in, zowel qua zweefjes als natuur en cultuur...
Nou ja, ben ik weer te laat mee.
Zelf was ik dit voorjaar in Portugal. Iets dichter bij Amerika.
Leverde (volgens mij want nog niet alles gedetermineerd) geen
spooksoortjes op; wel een paar nieuwe voor de checklist van Portugal.
