<div class=""><font class="">Once again, the issue of the 25 year rule has come up. This email is a reminder of the RHF business meeting of 2019, with Drs. Ray Reutzel as President, Diane Lapp as President-Elect, Patti Anders as Treasurer, Norm Stahl as Historian,
and me as secretary. </font></div>

<div class=""><font class="">The issue came up as I was secretary and trying to determine who was eligible for RHF induction during the summer of 2019. As a result of the difficulties I was having determining eligibility, a Board meeting was held in June, 2019.
After much debate, the Board agreed on a solution and presented it to the membership at the RHF business meeting of December 2019. At that time, we were drafting new rules for the 2020-2025 years. </font></div>
