or, if you already are on a permanent contract, to get promoted or a salary increase at some point.

that aggregates many of the RKE and ESE datasets that the University holds about you. Although much of the information is already available to you, this is the first time that we have bought it together in one place and made it so easily accessible. <br>
<br>
The tool is designed so that alongside your own data, you can also see anonymous peer data allowing you to place yourself with colleagues in your area at a similar level (nb. this is only provided where there are eight or more staff). We know that uses for
this will evolve as you start using it, but we see this as a valuable tool for development, for ensuring that the data we hold is right, and for supporting promotion conversations. </span></p>
