<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Some of you may know Ola who has been seconded to the researcher academy for a while. His substantive post is with the IT department.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ola is interested in developing his research experience. I had a chat with him a while back and told him about the various projects that are happening in the RDF. He has now confirmed that the University will allow him to engage
in some research activities. If you have any ideas about where you might make use of the skills of a data scientist, please feel free to get in touch with him. I plan to invite Ola to join an RDF meeting later in the summer (he cannot make the next two, and
then I will be away) so he can introduce himself and we can discuss which project(s) high might want to engage with.</span></p>
