<div style="margin:0cm; font-size:11pt; font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Unfortunately, our proposal has not been successful. The aspect of the evaluation we failed was Quality and Efficiency of the Implementation. If you look at the text, it is actually not too
bad, but they marked us under the threshold.</div>
<div style="margin:0cm; font-size:11pt; font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">There were 76 submissions for six possible project, so it was always going to be very competitive.</div>
<div style="margin:0cm; font-size:11pt; font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">At this point I can only thank you once more for your contribution to the proposal and let’s hope for more luck some other time.</div>
