Being Human and the Festival of Social Science. FOSAC was a particularly success, engaging with 9,500 children, families and teachers. We also hosted our own large events aimed at the public, including Science in the Park in collaboration with Nottingham Trent

The new 'Charity fellowships' scheme launched successfully, providing opportunities for academics to work in policy impact roles through partnership with small charities. CAPE also facilitated visits from the Department for Business & Trade and DLUHC, where
participants met with academics to discuss key evidence needs in their areas. We will continue to support these activities over the summer, while seeing

Programmes (PIPP/PIAP) continue to be a success</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#222222">. These programmes offer ten early- and mid-career researchers access to bespoke training and support
