Dear Colleague,
I  am writing to invite you to a half day event taking place at  
Goldsmith on 3rd February 2009.

The theme of the afternoon will be an exploration the relationship  
between mathematics and the craft of temari thread balls.  In  
particular, focus will be given to the use of temari balls as  
examples of spherical symmetries; the link below provides further
