7th International Conference on Technology in Mathematics Teaching - ICTMT7 =

- Bristol (UK), 26th - 29th July 2005

This is to announce the 7th International Conference on Technology in=20
Mathematics Teaching to be held in Bristol (UK) from 26th to 29th July=20
2005.
The conference will be hosted by John Cabot City Technology College.
The overall theme of the conference is
Visions of Mathematics Education: Embedding Technology in Learning.

Our keynote speakers are:
Maria Alessandra Mariotti, University of Pisa, Italy
Kenneth Ruthven, University of Cambridge, UK
Stephen Wolfram, Wolfram Research Inc, Illinois, USA

The program will include:
=B7	paper presentations
=B7	active poster sessions
=B7	hands-on workshops
=B7	symposia (3 papers around the same theme)

The conference themes are:

=B7	Creative assessment
=B7	Theories of tool use
=B7	Teachers' professional development
=B7	Communities of practice

=B7	Modelling
