[Maths-Education] Re: Reference

Hi
I recently read something refering to a new publication from QCA entitled , 
Reasoning, Explanation and Proof in school maths and their Place in the 
Intended Curriculum. QCA tell me they have no such publication and I am 
having difficulty tracking it down. Can anyone help?
