[Maths-Education] Re: HEI based contact hours for secondary mathematics

Dear Anne,

In response to your request, at Hull we have the following hours for 
subject method work:

Phase 1   2 weeks @ 10 hours
Phase 2   8 weeks @ 8 hours
Phase 3   Full time in school
Phase 4   6 weeks @ 8 hours
Phase 5   Full time in school
Phases 1, 2 and 4 also involve some days in school.

Total is 132 hours. I could use a bit more time, but in practice it is not 
productive to work after 4:00pm at the end of a full day which starts at 
9:15am.
