Electroweak baryogenesis is one of the major paradigms for explaining why there is more matter than anti matter. The production of a chiral asymmetry from interactions with the bubble wall remains crudely understood as different methods produce wildly different
outcomes. We derive a set of Boltzmann equations using three different methods in the case of a neutralino extension to the Standard model. The WKB method misses all CP violating sources that cannot be thought of as force terms, whereas the VEV insertion method
vastly overestimates the source due to the use of incorrect on shell relations. We show there is a resonant enhancement when there are two flavours of degenerate masses and that near the resonance, electroweak baryogenesis is consistent with current EDM bounds
in the neutralino model we consider. </div>
