Estates have commissioned a project to replace the fire alarm system in Cripps North/CAPT.  The work is due to go out to tender next week and needs to be completed by the end of this financial year as a condition of the funding.</div>

Due to the age of the building, a comprehensive asbestos survey of the building is required as part of preliminary project works; this will be undertaken between

<b>Tuesday 24<sup>th</sup> and Friday 27<sup>th</sup> February</b> between the hours of

<b>09:00 to 17:00</b>.  Access to all areas will be required by the survey team, and it may be necessary for office occupants to vacate their space for a short period to allow surveyors to access above the ceiling.</div>
