As an interim update on the CAPT heating issues, I have been informed that Estates are planning to excavate the area concerned to install a new gas feed to allow for the boiler feed to be reinstated. I don't, as yet, have any timeline information but hope
to hear more soon.</div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">I’ve just been informed that we have a suspected gas leak near Cripps South; as a consequence, the central heating boiler that serves CAPT has been isolated. </div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">Estates will conduct more in depth investigations tomorrow before planning next steps to rectify the issue. </div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">I have asked for supplemental heaters to be provided for CAPT in the interim, but it may be prudent to consider working from home tomorrow if you are able to do so. I will, naturally, update all as soon as I know more details. </div>
