<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">As there are a few new faces in the building, I’d like to remind people about fire safety and what to do when the fire alarm sounds continuously. I have also been asked to remind
people <b><u>not to wedge fire doors open</u></b> – which includes the kitchen door.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">In this building we operate a fire-tag system, and the attached document says a few words about this. Basically, if the tag is there when the fire alarm is sounding, please pick
it up and clear the floor that it corresponds to – but only do this if it is safe to do so. Then leave. That way, when both tags are collected, we know that the building is empty. If you have any questions, please come and have a chat with me.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
